NME is produced my IPC MEDIA, a large publisher in the UK.
Because this is a large name it would be a good idea to use them for my magazine to show that a successful magazine is produced by the same publisher as my magazine.
This will make people more interested in my magazine because of the publisher, it has to be a good magazine otherwise they wouldn't produce it.

You need to relate this to your product - who do you want to publish your magazine and why? Why do you need a big name publisher - how will they help your magazine succeed?
